You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use.

Buying from our website will not open monthly open-ended contracts or subscriptions. You only pay for the items you selected.

All costs including VAT are visible via the shopping cart. We do not apply hidden costs to your order.
1B) YOU MUST NOT.

b) Reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial purpose or personal projects.
2B) SUBMITTED CONTENT.
The material, images, sounds, text, information and communications that you submit to our website for whatever purposes will grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to reproduce, translate, distribute and publish in for existing or future commercial purposes.
The communications and material you submit to our website will be handled in a non- confidential and non-proprietary manner and you also grant us the right to sub-license these rights and the right to bring any actions for infringement on of these rights.
We also do not allow alternative marketing or suggested affiliates.
1C) ORDER CANCELLATION.
Scotts Vapour Co has the right to cancel orders placed within 24 hours of an ordering being placed. In this situation, a full refund will be given. Scotts Vapour Co will only do so in circumstances of a website error, no stock of a product we supply or if our payment gateway is highlighting payments as fraudulent.
1.1C) ORDER ERRORS AND SHORTAGES.
Errors and shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
2C) E-LIQUID RETURNS.
You will have 14 days from the date of receiving your order. You can return the order to us unopened only and in its original condition to receive a full refund (customer to pay shipping costs). If we receive the product in poor condition & we can not re-sell the product, We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you (customer to pay shipping costs).
3C) HARDWARE RETURNS.
You will have 14 days from the date of receiving your order. You can return the order to us unopened only and in its original condition to receive a full refund (customer to pay shipping costs). If we receive the product in poor condition & we can not re-sell the product, We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you (customer to pay shipping costs). If you change your mind and wish to return the goods you purchased, you can return those within 30 days from the date of purchase. In this instance, the returned products should be in its original packaging and unopened/sealed. You are also responsible for any damages caused to the items in return transit by inappropriate packaging.If there's any visible outer damage or signs of dropping then we will not accept returns of the item and we will send the item back to you.
4C) FAULTY HARDWARE RETURNS.
Faulty hardware returns will be inspected via our dispatch team and then forwarded back to the manufacturer for a refund. Please note, If the item you received is faulty out of the box then you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you inform us of the faults after 14 days then we won’t be able to accept returns.
1D) UAR RETURNS.
You will have 14 days from the date of receiving your order. If your order has been vaporized, we can no longer offer the full refund & can only offer you 50% off your orders total. (customer to pay shipping costs). If we receive the product in poor condition & we can not re-sell the product, We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you (customer to pay shipping costs).
2D) NO DELIVERY.
You will have 30 days from the date of purchasing your order to request a refund if your product was not received. All inquiries are tracked & information from tracking will decide the end result, please note we can no longer track information that is 6 months old.
If you are ordering outside of the United Kingdom, we honor an extra period of 168 hours (7 days) to allow shipping via air or sea, giving in total (37 days) from purchasing your order.
4D) USE OF YOUR OWN PRODUCT.
You hereby take full responsibility for the use of your E-Liquid product. The e-liquids contain nicotine, propylene glycol, flavoring, and other safe flavoring ingredients. Propylene glycol is a water-based ingredient found in many health products and medicines. You should consult a doctor before using.
5D) REPLENISHMENT FEE & DSR.
E-liquids, hardware & accessories returned that are not defected must be returned to Scotts Vapour Co at your expense within 14 days of the purchase date. You must also include the original order number. We will refund you the full cost of the goods excluding delivery costs and charge a 15% restocking fee once we have received and inspected the goods.
1E) NICOTINE WARNING.
Our products are not recommended for anyone who does not currently smoke or anyone who has any medical conditions. Please make sure all our products are kept in a locked unit and out of reach of children/minors/pets anyone who should not be consuming nicotine. Our products also contain small parts and are therefore a choking hazard. If you know someone has consumed your nicotine product they should seek immediate medical assistance.

4F)PAY-PAL PAYMENT METHOD.
Due to new laws & guidelines set by Pay-Pal, we are now only capturing payments on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, All orders are still sent on the same day placed, but you won't see payment taken until one of the following set days. As we use the method of Authorisation, payments may appear as two transactions, but only one of them will affect your personal balance. We're sorry for any confusion caused.
